Truthfully, this mailbox is so heavy (42lbs), you really need a very strong mailbox post to support it. We think our basic aluminum post is the best match. Available black, white, bronze, or green.

There are four pre-drilled holes in the top of post that match the four holes in the mailbox floor. Simply bolt them together for a mailbox / post connection I have never seen broken.
