Hanover M144S Cast Aluminum Mailbox and Post - $589.00 These mailboxes and posts are manufactured and finished in the United States by a large lighting company. They are cast from aluminum and painted to last for years even under the most severe weather conditions. We can look at units we installed years ago on the South Shore of Long Island near the ocean and they have held up very, very well. The mailboxes themselves are large, measuring 9" wide x 11" high x 20" deep. The doors pivot on sturdy stainless steel spring hinges. The post is one continuous metal post that gets buried approximately 2 feet directly in the ground. The sign plate includes a vinyl cut house number on both sides. You can upgrade the numbers to 2" tall solid cast brass numbers for $3.00/number. The unit is available in black, white, dark brown, dark green, antique copper, antique rust, antique verde, antique gold, antique silver, and architectural bronze. |
